  8.  MPL is a small (36Kb), fully configurable,
  9. easy to use, but very powerful Win95/NT 
  10. notify bar program launcher.

  12.  It is accessed via the world icon in the 
  13. notify bar region, one click and you have 
  14. full access to the power of MPL, literally
  15. at your finger tips.

  17.  It was designed to run multiple programs 
  18. from one menu entry, as well as to keep all
  19. your most used short cuts, in one place for
  20. easy access.

  22.  You can run files via file association, or
  23. just by including the full path and 
  24. executable filename, you also have various 
  25. switches to display the windows in various 
  26. styles (i.e. hidden, minimized, maxmized, 
  27. etc..), as well as access to a switch which
  28. allows you to run specific programs in a 
  29. default directory for even more flexibility.

  31.  Depending on your screen resolution, you 
  32. can have up to forty six viewable menu 
  33. entries on screen, and to get around this 
  34. paltry restriction, I have also incorporated
  35. an option to create up to a maximum of 
  36. 65535 submenus, for those other important 
  37. menu entries.
